Option Us is seeking an Engineering Leader to define and execute the Electronics Hardware engineering roadmap, lead complete product development from concept through production, and drive architecture decisions for Automotive ECUs, TCUs, Instrument Clusters, Body Controllers, Gateway ECUs, EV Electronics and Smart Cockpit platforms.

You will establish engineering best practices, governance and manage multiple customer programs to meet Quality, Cost and Delivery targets, while guiding resource

Formación

• Experience leading electronics hardware teams.
• Proven track record in automotive hardware design.
• Strong knowledge of RF, EMC/EMI and power electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the electronics hardware roadmap.
• Lead product development from concept through production.
• Drive architecture decisions for Automotive ECUs, TCUs and related platforms.
• Establish engineering best practices, design guidelines and governance.
• Lead multiple customer programs and ensure QCD targets.
• Manage resource planning, competency development and risk management.
• Develop analog/digital hardware, high-speed PCB design, and RF/EMC hardware.

Engineering Leadership

• Define and execute the Electronics Hardware engineering roadmap aligned with

.

• Lead complete product development from concept through production.
• Drive architecture decisions for Automotive ECUs, TCUs, Instrument Clusters,

Body Controllers, Gateway ECUs, EV Electronics and Smart Cockpit platforms.

• Establish engineering best practices, design guidelines, review mechanisms and

technical governance.

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead multiple customer programs simultaneously.
• Ensure delivery on Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) targets.
• Manage resource planning and competency development.
• Drive risk management and mitigation throughout the product lifecycle.
