Samsan Technische Labs is seeking a lead hardware engineer to drive development from concept to mass production. You will coordinate with R&D, embedded software, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to ensure automotive standard compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee design, prototyping, testing, validation, BOM management, and cost optimization while pushing continuous product improvements and timely delivery for manufacturing integration.

Formación

• Experience in hardware product development.
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of hardware design, validation and manufacturing.
• Experience in product lifecycle and project management.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
