Job summary

Euler Motors is seeking a MTS 1 Hardware Design Engineer to design analog, digital and power electronic circuits at our Delhi site. You will work hands-on with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout, while ensuring SI/PI, EMI/EMC and thermal requirements are met.

The role involves PCB design management, documentation, testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams. 2–5 years of hardware design experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hardware/electronics design experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Experience with high-voltage PCB design is a plus.

Job description

Position: MTS 1 Hardware Design Engineer
Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi
Experience: 25 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design analog, digital and power electronic circuits using ECAD tools.
• Hands-on experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Work on Altium net classes, high-voltage rules, variants and rooms.
• Manage PCB design, BOM and design documentation.
• Perform hardware testing, debugging and validation.
• Use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, bench power supplies and logic analyzers.
• Ensure SI/PI, EMI/EMC, power distribution and thermal requirements.
• Conduct simulations and design verification for robust hardware.
• Understand PCB fabrication, IPC standards and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Experience with high-voltage PCB creepage and clearance requirements up to 1500V.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in hardware/electronics design.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and power electronics.
• Hands-on Altium Designer experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in PCB design, testing, debugging and validation.
• Good understanding of EMI/EMC, SI/PI and high-voltage PCB design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
