Job summary

Job Search in Mumbai is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to design, develop, test and validate electronic hardware from concept to production. You will handle schematic design, PCB development, component selection and prototyping for multiple products in our Product Design & Development department.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience and a BE/ B.Tech / ME/ M.Tech in Electronics or related fields. Proficiency with Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, and other tools is expected.

Qualifications

• BE/ B.Tech / ME/ M.Tech in Electronics, E&TC, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Engineer: 3 to 4 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuits.
• Develop hardware architecture based on product requirements.
• Create schematics and PCB design specifications.
• Select components considering performance, cost, and availability.
• Build and evaluate engineering prototypes.
• Conduct functional, reliability, and environmental testing.
• Support NPI and manufacturing activities.
• Support BIS, CE, FCC, EMC/ EMI compliance testing.
• Maintain BOMs, design reports, test reports, and engineering documentation.
