Job summary

Euler Motors in Delhi is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer with 8+ years of automotive hardware experience to lead complex electronic modules. You will own end-to-end hardware development, from concept to validation, across ADAS, infotainment, and powertrain components.

You will mentor engineers, drive robust designs, ensure compliance with ISO 26262, and collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable automotive systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hardware design in automotive environments.
• Extensive hardware testing, debugging, and validation in automotive contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of signal integrity, power distribution, and EMC/EMI in automotive applications.
• Proven leadership and project management in automotive hardware development.
• Expertise in circuit design and PCB layouts for automotive applications (Altium, Eagle).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Take complete ownership of the product.
• Reporting to the VP of tech.
• Stay at the forefront of automotive industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into designs.
• Lead design and development of hardware systems for automotive applications (ADAS, infotainment, powertrain).
• Oversee creation and review of schematics and PCB layouts for automotive standards.
• Conduct simulations and analyses to validate design under thermal, vibration, and environmental conditions.
• Manage testing, validation, and debugging of hardware prototypes to meet automotive safety standards (ISO 26262).
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for seamless integration.
• Document design methodologies, specs, and test procedures per best practices.
• Assist in onboarding and training of junior engineers.

Selection Process :

• One technical round followed by an assignment generally 1-2 problem scenarios with 3-4 days timeline
• Assignment walkthrough session followed by a second technical round
