Job summary

Cloudxtreme Technologies is urgently hiring a Hardware Asset Management Analyst Infrastructure Services for long-term C2H engagement in Hyderabad. The role focuses on processing hardware requests, tracking orders, and maintaining CMDB data with accuracy.

You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with logistics and IT end-user support, and generate reports on fulfilment metrics. Immediate joiner preferred, with 4–6 years of relevant experience and a CTC between 4 and 5.5 LPA.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in hardware asset management.
• Experience with ITAM tools and CMDB data entry.
• Strong coordination with logistics and IT support teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage hardware requests and orders accurately.
• Monitor order status from placement to delivery.
• Enter new hardware assets into ITAM and CMDB upon receipt.
• Maintain inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics and IT support for delivery and setup.
• Resolve routine order delays and escalate complex issues.
• Support documentation and reporting on fulfilment metrics.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about orders.

Position - Hardware Asset Management Analyst Infrastructure Services

Location - Hyderabad

EXP - 4-6Y

CTC - 4-5.5 LPA

Work youll do

• Process and manage hardware requests and orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and processed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track the status of hardware orders from placement through to delivery, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for new hardware assets into the ITAM tools and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) upon receipt and deployment.
• Manage inventory levels for commonly requested items, conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and preparing assets for deployment.
• Coordinate closely with internal logistics and IT end-user support teams to facilitate the efficient delivery, imaging, and initial setup of hardware for end-users.
• Resolve routine issues related to hardware order delays, discrepancies, or quality, escalating complex problems to the Order Fulfilment Manager as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining and updating documentation related to order fulfilment processes and procedures, suggesting improvements where appropriate.
• Generate regular reports on order fulfilment metrics, including lead times, order accuracy, and inventory levels, for review by the Analyst Manager.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT end-user support, Product teams) and external vendors regarding order details, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Adhere to all internal policies and procedures related to hardware asset management and procurement, ensuring compliance.
