Jean Claude Biguine Salons is seeking a skilled Hair Trainer to join our Mumbai team. You will guide the development of technical skills in hairstyling, maintain brand standards, and lead practical training sessions for salon professionals.

You will design structured programs for new joiners and ongoing staff, conduct demonstrations, assess competency, and collaborate with salon managers to close skill gaps while upholding exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Hair Trainer or Senior Hairstylist.
• Strong expertise in cutting, colouring, styling, and haircare services.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct technical training sessions for hairstylists, including hair cutting, colouring, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments.
• Develop and deliver structured training programs for new joiners and existing salon team members.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training to enhance technical skills and service quality.
• Train employees on the latest hairstyling techniques, trends, products, and industry developments.
• Assess trainees' technical competencies and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct skill assessments, practical evaluations, and refresher training sessions.
• Ensure adherence to JCB Salons' technical standards, service protocols, and customer experience expectations.
• Coordinate with salon managers and the training team to identify skill gaps and plan training interventions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records and assessment reports.

• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and mentor hairstylists at different skill levels.


• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with evolving hair trends and techniques.


• Prior experience in a premium salon environment will be an added advantage.
