Job summary

Ethnix Salons in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Lead Stylist & Salon Manager to guide the team in delivering outstanding hair services and client experiences.

You will mentor staff, supervise trainings, and ensure SOP adherence, while providing thorough consultations and staying on top of trends to keep service quality and client satisfaction at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior stylist or leadership role within a salon.
• Proven expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
