Job summary

Uroots by QHT Clinic is seeking qualified Hair Consultants (Doctors) to provide online consultations for hair loss concerns and post-hair transplant care. The role focuses on diagnosing, advising medications, and guiding patients through treatment plans using digital platforms.

The ideal candidate holds MBBS/MD/MDS in dermatology with telemedicine experience and strong patient-centric communication skills. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work setup and training on Uroots protocols.

Qualifications

• MBBS / MD Dermatology or equivalent is mandatory.
• Prior experience in hair loss / alopecia / hair transplant domain preferred.
• Experience in online consultation or telemedicine is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with digital platform workflows and patient records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online consultations with patients for hair loss concerns.
• Diagnose and manage conditions like alopecia, hair fall, thinning, dandruff, etc.
• Recommend and guide patients on medication and treatment plans via the platform.
• Provide pre and post hair transplant consultation and care guidance.
• Support patients with treatment adherence and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for patient journey management.
• Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
• Ensure high-quality patient experience and satisfaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and experienced Hair Consultants (Doctors) to provide online consultations, guide patients through hair loss treatments, and support post-hair transplant care. The role requires strong medical knowledge along with the ability to handle patients in a remote consultation setup.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS / MDS / MD Dermatology (Mandatory)


• Prior experience in hair loss / alopecia / hair transplant domain preferred


• Experience in online consultation or telemedicine is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online consultations with patients for hair loss concerns


• Diagnose and manage conditions like alopecia, hair fall, thinning, dandruff, etc.
