QHT Clinic in India is seeking a skilled Hair Transplant Surgeon with Plastic Surgery expertise to provide end-to-end patient care—from consultation to procedure execution and follow-up. You will lead graft planning, perform FUE/FUT, and implement adjunctive therapies to maximise outcomes.

The role emphasizes safety, ethics, and patient satisfaction within a high-volume clinical setting. On-site, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to advancing hair restoration

Qualifications

• MBBS with postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery (MCh/MS/DNB).
• State Medical Council / NMC registration or eligibility.
• Experience with hair restoration procedures is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair restoration surgeries including FUE and FUT from pre-op planning to post-op care.
• Design hairlines and plan graft placement using clinical assessment.
• Administer adjunctive therapies such as PRP and manage graft handling intra-operatively.
• Maintain surgical records, photographs, and outcome tracking to optimise protocols.
• Lead pre- and post-operative consultations, ensure informed consent and perioperative instructions.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia and nursing teams to meet safety and medico-legal standards.

QHT Clinic is seeking a skilled and patient-centric Plastic Surgeon with expertise in hair transplant procedures to deliver high-quality aesthetic outcomes. The role involves end-to-end patient care, from consultation to procedure execution and post-treatment follow-up, ensuring safety, ethics, and patient satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hair restoration surgeries including FUE and FUT, from pre-op planning to operative execution and immediate post-op care.
• Design individualized hairline and graft placement plans using trichoscopic assessment and evidence-based aesthetic principles.
• Administer adjunctive regenerative therapies such as PRP and oversee intra-operative graft handling and micrografting techniques to maximise survival rates.
• Maintain accurate surgical records, photodocumentation, and outcome tracking; review case outcomes to optimise protocols and reduce complication rates.
• Lead patient consultations—assessing candidacy, obtaining informed consent, setting realistic expectations, and managing perioperative instructions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia, nursing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with sterilisation, safety protocols, and medico-legal documentation standards.
