VARITE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Hadoop Administrator for a hybrid, contract role. You will install, configure, and maintain Spark clusters, monitor performance, and support data engineering across banking-grade environments.

Requirements include 8+ years in Spark administration, strong Linux (RHEL preferred), Starburst/Trino, and knowledge of HDFS, Hive, Ranger. Cloud experience is a plus and banking data governance is valued.

• Hands-on experience with Starburst/Trino.
• Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Ranger).
• Scripting abilities (Bash, Python).
• Understanding of authentication, networking, and security.
