Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior OpenText Content Management Consultant. You will work with OpenText Content Server and Extended ECM (xECM), handling administration, configuration, and integration tasks.

Key responsibilities include xECM workspace management, SAP/Salesforce/SuccessFactors integrations, permissions and metadata modeling, workflows, reports, and document migrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise content solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on OpenText Content Management experience.
• Expertise in OpenText Content Server installation, configuration, upgrades and administration.
• Strong experience with OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) and business workspaces.
• Experience integrating OpenText with SAP, Salesforce, or SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of permissions, metadata modeling, and retention policies.
• Experience with WebReports, LiveReports, and workflow design.
• REST APIs, OScript, and Content Server SDK familiarity.
• Experience migrating documents from legacy repositories or file shares.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
