Job summary

Team Geek Solutions is seeking an OpenText xECM consultant to design, configure, and implement enterprise content management solutions for global clients. You will integrate xECM with SAP, SharePoint, and other business apps to optimize content governance and lifecycle management.

You will lead client workshops, tailor metadata schemas and workflows, and handle system administration across on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring smooth adoption and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText xECM deployments and configurations.
• Ability to integrate xECM with SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, or other apps.
• Knowledge of metadata schemas, workflow rules, and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement OpenText xECM solutions for enterprise content management, retention, and compliance.
• Integrate xECM with SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other business apps for content lifecycle management.
• Customize metadata schemas, workflows, and security policies using OpenText APIs and scripting tools.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and define content governance frameworks.
• Perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for xECM environments (on-prem or cloud).
• Deliver training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure client adoption.
