Job summary

Sugow Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an OTCS specialist to design, customize, and support OpenText Content Server and related CMS solutions. You will translate business requirements into robust OpenText configurations, workflows, metadata, and permissions.

You will develop integrations using OpenText APIs and REST services, contribute to Cloud Editions deployments, and collaborate with client teams to deliver scalable content management solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with strong OTCS expertise.
• Knowledge of document management, workflows, metadata, categories, permissions, and security.
• Experience with OpenText integrations, APIs, REST APIs and web services.
• Experience in OpenText implementation, customization, upgrade, migration or production support.
• Knowledge of OpenText Cloud / Cloud Editions is preferred.
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks, InfoArchive, or Archive Center is a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in OpenText Content Management / OTCS.
• Strong experience with OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and Extended ECM.
• Good understanding of document management, workflows, metadata, categories, permissions, and security.
• Experience with OpenText integrations, APIs, REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience in OpenText implementation, customization, upgrade, migration, or production support.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with OpenText Cloud / Cloud Editions is preferred.
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks, InfoArchive, or Archive Center will be an added advantage.
