Job summary

Algae Services seeks an OpenText xECM Consultant to lead design and implementation of DEF/EDF solutions with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules. You will define taxonomy, metadata, and access controls while coordinating with HR, Compliance and IT.

Required are 8+ years of experience in OpenText xECM, plus certifications in Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors. Strong governance, migration and compliance capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors is required.
• Knowledge of OpenText xECM components and SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Understanding of document management, metadata configuration, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process workshops with HR, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
• Analyse SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Design and implement Digital Employee Folder (DEF/EDF) solutions using OpenText xECM.
• Define content taxonomy, metadata models, classifications, document types, and folder structures.
• Develop solution architecture, deployment strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Configure and manage Business Workspaces, metadata, roles, access controls, and lifecycle management.
• Lead document and metadata migration from legacy repositories and ensure GDPR compliance.

• Implement document retention, archival, and governance policies.
• Integrate OpenText xECM with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Configure synchronization of employee data, roles, and organizational structures.
• Lead document and metadata migration from legacy repositories.
• Perform migration assessments, content inventory analysis, and define mapping and transformation rules.
• Implement GDPR compliance, legal holds, audit requirements, and document security controls.
• Recommend best practices for HR document governance, compliance, and information lifecycle management.

Certification Requirement
