Job summary

Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Architect with deep expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and cloud deployments for the P&C Insurance domain.

The candidate will lead solution architecture, guide implementation teams, and deliver scalable cloud-based Guidewire solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in greenfield Guidewire projects, strong skills in Gosu, PCF, and cloud integrations, and ACE Certification for PolicyCenter Cloud.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter configuration, implementation, and integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Rating.
• Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud implementations.
• Guidewire ACE Certified (PolicyCenter Cloud) Mandatory.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Guidewire Greenfield implementation.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire configuration

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter solutions.
• Lead end-to-end greenfield Guidewire implementation projects.
• Configure and customize PolicyCenter components including PCF, Gosu, Business Rules, Product Model, Workflows, Activities, Wizards, and Transactions/Jobs.
• Design and implement cloud integrations using Integration Gateway, Cloud APIs, App Events, Messaging, Web Services, Batch Processes, and Plugins.
• Ensure solutions align with Guidewire Cloud standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance.
• Analyze complex business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
