Job summary

BlitzenX is seeking an experienced Guidewire Digital Portal Developer to design, develop, customise, and support customer-facing insurance portal solutions. You will work with Guidewire Digital Portals and AngularJS to deliver scalable, user-friendly portals for policyholders, agents, and customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with Guidewire Digital applications, front-end development, REST APIs, and integration services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Guidewire Digital Portal development experience.
• 5–12 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AngularJS and front-end technologies.
• Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of API-based architecture and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire Digital Portal applications.
• Customize and enhance portal functionality using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Guidewire Digital frameworks.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for customer, agent, and self-service portals.
• Integrate Digital Portals with Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services for portal integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX teams, and architects to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot portal performance, usability, and integration issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Support Agile development, including sprints and stand-ups.
