Job summary

Apexgig Software Services seeks a senior Guidewire Architect / Technical Lead with deep hands-on experience across Guidewire Configuration and Integration. You will drive enterprise-scale implementations, defining architecture and providing technical leadership across multiple projects.

The role requires extensive experience with PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter, with BillingCenter as a plus, and a track record of mentoring teams and delivering robust, integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 15–16 years of overall technology experience with substantial Guidewire implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire Configuration and Integration.
• Experience with PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter; BillingCenter is a plus.
• Proficient in Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Business Rules and Product Model.
• Experience designing REST and SOAP APIs, messaging and batch processes.
• Ability to define solution and integration architecture for complex Guidewire projects.
• Led multiple end-to-end Guidewire implementations and mentored teams.
• Solid understanding of P&C insurance processes and Guidewire best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for Guidewire implementations.
• Provide hands-on development support across PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
• Perform design reviews, code reviews and mentoring of developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, QA and integration teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Architect / Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise across Guidewire Configuration and Integration. The candidate should have extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale Guidewire implementations and providing technical architecture and solution leadership across multiple Guidewire projects.

Key Skills & Experience

• 15-16 years of overall technology experience with substantial Guidewire implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire Configuration and Integration.
• Strong experience in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
• BillingCenter experience is preferred/additional.
• Strong hands-on experience with Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Business Rules and Product Model.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, batch processes and external-system integrations.
• Ability to define solution architecture, integration architecture and technical design for complex Guidewire implementations.
• Experience across multiple end-to-end Guidewire implementation/transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and Guidewire best practices.
• Experience in technical leadership, design reviews, code reviews and mentoring development teams.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA and integration teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and production-support capabilities.

Ideal Profile:

A senior Guidewire professional who can operate at the architecture/technical-lead level while remaining technically hands-on, particularly across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Configuration and Integration.
