The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall guest experience at our villa, ensuring a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay for all guests. The role is similar to that of a hotel receptionist, with a strong focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.

• Manage pre-arrival communication with guests to confirm bookings, arrival details, and special requests.
• Coordinate with villa caretakers prior to guest arrival to ensure the accommodation is prepared as per booking requirements.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and conduct a brief orientation, introducing villa features, facilities, and house guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate information to guests regarding villa services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between guests and villa caretakers to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of request.
