Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential international clients and markets.
• Assist in updating CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Prepare customized presentations on current accounts and opportunities.
• Assist in CRM updates and sales pipeline management.
• Prepare meeting briefs and client interaction reports.
• Develop prospect databases from online research and platforms.
• Support proposals, RFQs/RFPs and pricing discussions with teams.
• Create presentations on accounts, metrics and opportunities.
• Assist LinkedIn campaigns and other outreach for leads.
• Coordinate introductions to partners, consultants and distributors.
• Maintain and organize business development documents and reports.
• Generate weekly lead and activity reports and attend meetings.

• Conduct research to identify potential international clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Cold calling and email campaigns to target customers and get responses for initial discussions and meetings.
• Continuous lookout for relevant conferences that might add value in generating the right leads/ requirements from manufacturers.
• Assist in updating CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Prepare meeting briefs and client interaction reports.

• Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients through online research, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Assist in drafting business proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and pricing discussions in coordination with the sales and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client scope of work.
• Prepare customized presentations on current accounts, their quality metrics, and potential new business opportunities.
• Support LinkedIn campaigns and other digital outreach initiatives for lead generation.
• Identify potential international partners, consultants, and distributors; assist in their assessments and coordinate introductory meetings.
• Maintain and organize business development documents, agreements, and meeting records.
• Generate weekly reports on lead status, client interactions, and market activities.
• Attend internal and external meetings, document Minutes of Meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Prepare matrices of existing clients and upcoming leads to support business development strategies.
• Coordinate schedules for client calls, meetings, webinars, conferences, and business development events.
• Stay updated with international business practices, cultural nuances, and compliance standards relevant to global markets.
• Actively participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums.
