Unreal Estate Habitat Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to manage end-to-end guest communication and ensure seamless guest experiences across our serviced apartment portfolio.

This is an on-site role requiring presence at the property/office to provide prompt hospitality support to guests via phone calls and text-based communication.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or hospitality operations.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Experience in guest relations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support guests over calls and text.
• Willingness to work on-site and provide hands-on guest support.

About the Role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Associate with a strong hospitality background to manage end-to-end guest communication and ensure seamless guest experiences across our serviced apartment portfolio.

This is an on-site role and requires the associate to be physically present at the property/office to provide prompt hospitality support to guests through phone calls and text-based communication. The role is ideal for candidates with guest relations experience who understand service standards, guest handling, and hospitality professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during, and after their stay through calls and text-based channels
• Provide prompt, professional, and hospitality-focused support to guests throughout their stay
• Coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Ensure properties are guest-ready in coordination with housekeeping and operations teams
• Maintain high guest satisfaction (CSAT) and protect brand reputation

Requirements
