• Monitor AI coworkers across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone.
• Train AI agents by updating prompts, improving responses, and refining workflows.
• Handle escalations when AI cannot proceed or makes an incorrect response.
• Track agent performance, lead quality, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Set up new workflows and configure AI for new client accounts or channels.
• Perform QA checks and test AI behavior before deploying updates.
• Create internal playbooks and documentation for scalable operations.
• Report weekly insights, improvements, and issues to leadership.

A GTM Engineer is the human who manages AI coworkers—autonomous AI agents that respond to leads, handle social media chats, send follow-up emails, qualify prospects, and even make phone calls. You act like a team lead for these AI agents: monitoring them, training them, fixing their mistakes, and ensuring they perform at a high standard.

This is a new-generation role that did not exist two years ago. No textbooks, no traditional definitions—perfect for someone who wants to enter the world of AI operations early and grow fast.
