Job summary

WarpBuild is seeking a technically minded growth role focused on owning customer growth. You will automate GTM processes, write content, and manage the website, docs, and blog to drive user adoption.

You should be an engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of owning projects end-to-end and communicating clearly across teams. This is a founding team role with high equity and impact.

Own customer growth for WarpBuild. The role is technical: you build automations, write content, and run the website, docs and blog.

WarpBuild provides compute infrastructure and tools for enabling AI-powered teams to work efficiently. We are a small team working on multiple products: WarpBuild CI (blazing fast GitHub Actions runners), and Helios (agentic harness for your company's knowledge).

The key measure of success for this role is customer growth. The ideal candidate is technical, has taste, communicates very well, creates content hands-on, and has a strong affinity for automation.

About the interview

The process is quick and consists of 3 rounds. Use your own computer, and the language and environment you are most comfortable with. AI tools and IDEs are encouraged. Each round is a screen share with video.

We look for ownership, communication and autonomy. This is evaluated throughout the process, in how you communicate your approach, solutions and overall thinking.

• Building an app (90 min): Take a problem statement and build a tool, app or automation that solves it. This tests for user focus and taste.
• Content creation (60 min): Create a piece of technical content, such as a blog, case study, social media post, video or explainer.
• Marketing and growth (60 min): Deep dive into the practices and tools you will use to acquire customers.

Each round is a knockout. An offer is rolled out over a final 15 minute conversation.
