WarpBuild is a small startup in India offering compute infrastructure and tools for AI-powered teams. We are hiring as part of the early team, and you will contribute across multiple products like WarpBuild CI and Helios.

WarpBuild provides compute infrastructure and tools for enabling AI-powered teams to work efficiently.

We are a small team working on multiple products: WarpBuild CI (blazing fast GitHub Actions runners), and Helios (agentic harness for your company's knowledge).

As a part of the early team, you'll play a role in everything we do.

About the interview

The process is super quick and consists of 4 rounds. You\'ll be using your own computer, and using the language/environment with which you are most comfortable. You are encouraged to use AI tools and IDEs for the exercises. You\'ll be doing a screen share with video during the call. A local env for development is preferred because some exercises might need inter-communicating services.

The interview process is a deeper dive into technical abilities, product thinking and overall fit. For the "fit" portion, we are again looking for ownership and autonomy, but we also dig deeper into communication. This is evaluated throughout the process: in how you communicate your approach, solutions and overall thinking.

Each interview is up to 1 hour long, with 50 minutes allocated for the technical portion, and 10 minutes for Q&A.

• Prototyping (60 min): This is a real-world type simulation: take an app description to a working prototype.
• Design and Architecture (60 min): This is a brainstorming session where we discuss solutions to a real-world scenario.
• Product thinking (60 min): This simulates a real-world day-to-day experience where you will build user experiences (UI, API, CLI or other user facing surfaces). The emphasis here is on finesse, quality, and attention to detail.
• Team fit and Aptitude (60 min): This is a discussion about how you would build a feature (typically one we\'ve already had to build) and your decision making. We will also explore behavioral aspects and cover your past experiences, interest in startups and how you operate in smaller teams.

Each round is a knockout. An offer is rolled out in person over a final 30 minute conversation.
