About the Role

Lyzr AI is hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale an automation‑native growth engine. This is a systems engineering role applied to go‑to‑market.

You will design programmable GTM infrastructure that connects paid acquisition, CRM logic, enrichment layers, agent workflows, and analytics pipelines into a unified, automation‑driven system.

We are looking for someone who has built real automations on Make.com and n8n, is comfortable working with APIs and webhooks, can prototype logic using tools like Cursor, and understands how to deploy lightweight agents that drive operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement advanced automation workflows using Make.com and n8n, connecting Ad platforms, CRM systems, enrichment tools, and analytics dashboards into a cohesive GTM stack.

• Build API‑driven integrations using webhooks, custom endpoints, and automation logic to eliminate manual lead processing, routing, enrichment, and follow‑ups.

• Develop and deploy lightweight GTM agents that:

  • Analyze funnel performance

  • Trigger actions based on performance thresholds

  • Generate automated campaign summaries

  • Identify optimization opportunities

  • Route high‑intent accounts dynamically

• Prototype and build automation logic using Cursor or similar coding environments, writing scripts where needed to extend workflow capabilities.

• Own and optimize paid acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, ensuring every campaign is integrated into CRM workflows and tied directly to pipeline and revenue metrics.

• Engineer the full funnel from impression to revenue, implementing automated lead scoring, lifecycle transitions, qualification logic, and retargeting triggers.

• Build and maintain centralized dashboards that unify data from ads, HubSpot, and product analytics to track CAC, funnel velocity, pipeline contribution, and payback period.

• Create automated reporting systems that push real‑time performance summaries and alerts to Slack or internal tools without manual intervention.

• Continuously design structured experiments across targeting, creative, landing pages, and automation logic to improve efficiency and conversion performance.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure automation systems reflect real customer behavior and support scalable growth.

What you’ll need

• 3–5 years of experience in growth engineering, marketing automation, performance marketing, or GTM systems roles in SaaS or high‑growth environments.

• Strong hands‑on experience building automation workflows on Make.com and/or n8n, including multi‑step flows, branching logic, API calls, and webhook triggers.

• Comfort working directly with APIs, JSON payloads, data mapping, and custom integrations across tools.

• Experience using Cursor or similar coding environments to write scripts, prototype logic, or build lightweight automation extensions.

• Proven experience building real automation systems that materially reduced manual GTM effort or improved funnel efficiency.

• Strong paid acquisition experience across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads with clear accountability for performance and pipeline impact.

• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnel metrics including CTR, CPC, MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM platforms, including workflows, lifecycle management, segmentation, and advanced reporting.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards that connect acquisition, CRM, and revenue data.

• A systems‑first mindset with a bias toward automation, ownership, experimentation, and technical problem‑solving.
