Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a GTM Specialist to lead end-to-end GTM implementations, oversee project accounts, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders for successful deliveries. The role requires techno-functional GTM expertise, including knowledge of country-specific trade processes and integration with ERP systems.

You will configure GTM modules, manage quarterly upgrades, and ensure proper documentation, testing, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end GTM implementations (≥3 projects).
• Techno-functional project account management on GTM applications with country trade knowledge.
• Regular client and stakeholder interactions for deliveries, updates, and change requests.
• Configure GTM modules; basic understanding of OTM.
• Understand customs, FTZ, and duty drawback processes.
• Proficient with GTM module: Trade Compliance Management.
• Create Agent setups, Saved Queries, actions, screen sets, and user role configs.
• Manage GTM quarterly upgrades and new features.
• Integrate GTM with ERP systems (EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP) via OIC/Boomi/MuleSoft/SOA.
• Gather requirements, translate to functional specs, prepare test data, perform UAT and go-live support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams on admin processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Balance tactical and strategic thinking in cross-functional matrix teams.
• Develop and enforce standards and processes.

Responsibilities

Overview

Role involves managing end-to-end GTM implementations, project account oversight, and key functional modules of GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Having experience of end-to-end GTM implementations (at least 3 projects)
• Manage project account with techno-functional expertise on GTM Application (must have functional understanding of country-specific trade process)
• Day-to-day interaction with client and stakeholders for project deliveries, updates, and new change requests
• Configure GTM modules (must have basic understanding of OTM)
• Understand customs process / FTZ / duty drawback process
• Well-versed with GTM modules: Trade Compliance Management
• Create Agent, Saved Queries, action checks, Custom Actions, Screen sets, Manager layouts, Workbenches, assigning user preferences, user favorites, export/import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style sheets) Project migration, Account Policy, User Roles and Business Monitor
• Manage GTM quarterly upgrade with new feature implementations
• Integration with other modules like EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP using integration layer like OIC/Boomi/MuleSoft/SOA etc.
• Responsible to gather customer requirement, understand supply chain business, create functional specifications, provide logic to technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live and support and related documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Developing standards and processes, encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes
