Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a GST Executive at our Mathura plant to manage GST compliances, returns, and related reconciliations. Ideal candidates hold B.Com or M.Com and have 2–5 years of experience in GST and indirect tax.

You will handle e-way bills, challans, BOE, and export/invoicing workflows, coordinate with HO, CHA, and logistics, and work with SAP/PWC systems for billing and compliance. This is a plant-based on-site role requiring strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to regulatory

Qualifications

• GST compliance, returns and reconciliations
• Preparation and verification of e-way bills, challans and BOE
• Coordination with HO, CHA, transporters, stores and security
• Managing job-work registers, inward/outward movements and documentation
• Working on SAP / PWC systems for billing, postings & compliance
• Handling domestic & export invoicing, IRN & QR code generation
• Assisting in GST audits, assessments, notices & departmental coordination
