Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems on a 24x7 basis.
• Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, and emergencies by following established escalation procedures.
• Monitor live CCTV feeds and identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety violations, or security breaches.
• Coordinate with on-site security teams, Duty Managers, Facility Management, and Emergency Response Teams during incidents.
• Maintain continuous communication with deployed security personnel and provide operational support whenever required.
• Record, track, and close all security incidents in the Incident Management System.
• Prepare daily situation reports (SITREP), incident reports, shift handover reports, and operational dashboards.

Job description

The GSOC Executive will be responsible for monitoring security systems, managing incidents, coordinating emergency response, and ensuring continuous surveillance of corporate operations through the Global Security Operations Center. The role requires excellent analytical skills, situational awareness, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems on a 24x7 basis.
• Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, and emergencies by following established escalation procedures.
• Monitor live CCTV feeds and identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety violations, or security breaches.
• Coordinate with on-site security teams, Duty Managers, Facility Management, and Emergency Response Teams during incidents.
• Maintain continuous communication with deployed security personnel and provide operational support whenever required.
• Record, track, and close all security incidents in the Incident Management System.
• Prepare daily situation reports (SITREP), incident reports, shift handover reports, and operational dashboards.
• Monitor the health and functionality of CCTV cameras, access control devices, alarm systems, and other security infrastructure, and coordinate with maintenance teams for fault resolution.
• Perform access control monitoring and investigate unauthorized access attempts or access card anomalies.
• Escalate critical incidents to management and clients as per the approved Escalation Matrix.
• Maintain accurate logs of alarms, incidents, visitor escalations, and emergency responses.
• Support emergency management activities including fire alarms, medical emergencies, evacuation, and business continuity procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client SOPs, company security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and internal stakeholders whenever required.
• Participate in security drills, tabletop exercises, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of GSOC operations and corporate security.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Incident Management Systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Strong incident documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions during critical situations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 35 years of experience in GSOC, Security Operations Center, Corporate Security, or Command Center Operations.
• Experience in multinational corporate environments will be preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise security platforms and incident management tools is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
