Job summary

Accor's Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is seeking an enthusiastic F&B service professional to deliver excellent dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure high standards of service and hygiene in a dynamic hotel environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management with 0–2 years in F&B service, strong communication, a positive attitude, and teamwork. Training programs and career growth await at Accor.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in F&B service (hotel or restaurant).
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food & beverages promptly.
• Ensure table setup and cleanliness as per hotel standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report to the supervisor if required.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
• Assist in billing and cash handling procedures.
• Support in banquet or special event setups when needed.
