Job summary

Groww in Bengaluru is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition and engagement for our investment products (stocks, mutual funds, fixed deposits). You will plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media and CRM, and analyze performance to fuel growth.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and proven experience in growth marketing, with strong analytics and A/B testing skills to optimize funnels.
