TechnologyCounter is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to drive vendor acquisition and pipeline growth for B2B SaaS and technology partners. You will craft multi-channel campaigns, manage email marketing and automation, and work closely with Sales and Leadership to optimize lead quality and conversion.
You will oversee a marketing team, align content and campaigns with business goals, and continuously test channels, messages, and offers to scale high-quality opportunities.
This is a hands-on marketing leadership role focused primarily on vendor acquisition and pipeline growth.You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified opportunities from SaaS companies, software vendors, and technology businesses. Strong understanding of B2B Marketing and Demand Generation. Hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Marketing Automation. Strong understanding of Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing. Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization. Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, or similar tools. Understanding of SEO, Social Media, Paid Marketing, and Content Distribution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team-management skills. Ability to work closely with Sales and Leadership teams. Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-focused environment.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire software and SaaS vendors. Identify target industries, personas, decision-makers, and vendor segments. Build multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified vendor opportunities. Target SaaS founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Demand Generation Leaders, and other relevant decision-makers. Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and increase vendor meetings. Develop strategies to move prospects through the marketing funnel.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for software vendors and B2B technology companies. Create audience segments, messaging, nurture sequences, newsletters, and re-engagement campaigns. Promote TechnologyCounter's services, reports, case studies, webinars, guides, and other marketing assets. Monitor email performance, engagement, responses, meetings, and conversions. Continuously test subject lines, CTAs, messaging, audience segments, and campaign formats. Improve marketing automation and lead-nurturing workflows.
Develop monthly and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with vendor acquisition goals. Plan campaigns around industry reports, software categories, case studies, webinars, events, and thought leadership content. Work with Content, SEO, Social Media, Design, and Video teams to execute campaigns. Identify opportunities to repurpose high-performing content across email, LinkedIn, social media landing pages, and other channels. Ensure marketing content supports business and pipeline objectives.
Identify and test new channels for vendor acquisition. Develop LinkedIn, content-led, ABM, webinar, partnership, and other B2B growth campaigns. Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion journeys. Test different offers, messaging, campaigns, and audience segments. Explore co-marketing and partnership opportunities with SaaS and technology companies. Identify and scale channels that generate high-quality opportunities.
Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the marketing team. Set monthly priorities, campaigns, responsibilities, and deadlines. Coordinate Content, SEO, Social Media, Design, and other marketing functions. Review campaign messaging, content, emails, landing pages, and marketing assets. Ensure all marketing functions work toward common business objectives. Build a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with Sales to define the ideal vendor profile and qualification criteria. Understand why leads convert or fail to convert. Develop campaigns based on Sales feedback and market insights. Build nurturing strategies for prospects who are not yet ready to convert. Ensure proper lead tracking and handoff between Marketing and Sales. Regularly review pipeline quality and improve conversion rates.
Track marketing performance across campaigns and channels. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports. Monitor qualified vendor leads, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, conversions, and ROI. Track email and landing-page performance. Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Use data to determine which channels and campaigns should be scaled or optimized. Present key insights, challenges, experiments, and next steps to management.
