Job summary

3one4 Capital is hiring to lead a remote team of UGC creators in India, driving content strategy across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You’ll track performance, identify winning content, and push creators to elevate hooks, scripts, and quality.

Based in India, this remote role offers a base of ₹25K/month plus performance bonus. You’ll report weekly on what works and help onboard new creators as we grow our creator program.

Qualifications

• Experience managing freelancers or remote creators.
• Data-driven with focus on views and engagement.
• Able to give direct, actionable feedback on hooks and scripts.
• Proficient in using Reels/Shorts formats and trends.
• Willing to work during IST peak hours.

Who we’re looking for

You will manage a team of UGC creators making content about Kavana across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Your job is to find what works, make sure it gets replicated, and scale views month over month. This is not a "post and forget" role. You’ll be in the trenches daily — tracking performance, spotting winners, and pushing creators to level up.

• You're not afraid to give direct feedback
• You're available during peak hours (12pm–10pm IST)
