Soul Sanskar is a fast-growing prenatal & maternal wellness company building across prenatal wellness, childbirth preparation, Garbhsanskar and AI-powered pregnancy wellness. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to own and scale our complete growth engine.

This is not just a performance marketing role. You’ll own the complete funnel—from acquiring the right audience to converting them into customers—across Meta, Google and other paid channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth/performance marketing experience
• Experience managing a marketing team
• Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience owning and improving funnels, CRO and landing pages
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR and growth economics
• Experience with influencer/creator marketing and organic growth
• Track record of scaling a business, not just running campaigns

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta, Google and other paid acquisition channels
• Own CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and overall marketing efficiency
• Analyse and optimise the complete lead-to-customer funnel
• Improve landing pages, offers, messaging, CTAs and conversion journeys
• Build and scale influencer & creator marketing
• Drive SEO, content and organic visibility, including emerging AI/search platforms
• Work closely with sales, creative and product teams to identify and solve growth bottlenecks
• Manage the existing marketing team and build the growth team as we scale
• Lead from the front—strategy, execution and ownership

What You’ll Own

Full-time | Remote | India | ₹18 LPA+ (Fixed + Variable)

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant growth/performance marketing experience


• Proven experience managing a marketing team


• Strong hands‑on understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads


• Experience owning and improving funnels, CRO and landing pages


• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR and growth economics


• Experience with influencer/creator marketing and organic growth


• Most importantly: a track record of scaling a business, not just running campaigns

Experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, education or consumer subscription businesses is a plus.

This Role Is NOT For

This is not a junior performance marketing role, social media role or agency account management role.

We’re looking for an in-house growth operator who has managed people, owned business numbers and can identify what is restricting growth — and then fix it.

Compensation

₹18 LPA+ | Fixed + Variable

We’re flexible on compensation structure for the right candidate with a strong track record.
