Role Overview
The Growth Executive (Audit) will play a critical role in ensuring end-to-end trip readiness before every departure. This role focuses on auditing bookings, itineraries, suppliers, and internal processes to ensure a seamless traveler experience. The position sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and customer experience, ensuring that scale does not compromise quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip readiness audits to ensure all bookings, itineraries, and confirmations are accurate and complete.
- Verify hotels, transport, activities, guides, and vendor arrangements against the approved itinerary.
- Ensure all Traveler documents, vouchers, SOPs, and internal checklists are in place before departure.
- Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies that could impact customer experience and flag them proactively.
- Coordinate with Operations, CX, Supply, and Sales teams to close audit gaps on priority.
- Track audit findings and maintain trip-readiness dashboards and MIS reports.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Ability to think proactively and anticipate operational risks.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with checklists, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Experience in travel operations, quality audit, CX, or supply coordination.
- Prior exposure to experiential, group, or international travel is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with travel bookings, itineraries, or vendor management preferred.
