About US:
Infollion Research Services Limited, incorporated in 2009, is a listed B2B human intelligence and expert network platform connecting organizations with senior professionals and subject-matter experts across industries. Our clients include global management consulting firms, private equity and hedge funds, and leading enterprises that rely on experienced professionals for research, decision-making, and specialized business needs.
Over more than a decade, we've built a deep and credible network of domain experts across pharmaceuticals, chemicals, industrials, financial services, and more. That was the quiet part. This role is the loud part.
We're not looking for another marketer. We're looking for someone who can spot an opportunity before everyone else has finished discussing it.
The next phase of AI isn't going to be another generic chatbot. A hallucination in a marketing draft is mildly irritating. A hallucination in a bulk chemical sourcing deal, a defence workflow or a biotech pipeline can be catastrophic. That's the difference between AI that looks impressive in a demo and AI that can be trusted to do actual work. At Infollion Third Eye, we're building for the latter.
We're building human-in-the-loop systems around specialised Small Language Models (SLMs) and domain-specific AI agents for industries where getting things wrong isn't an option.
And we're looking for AI-Native Growth Hackers to help us build this business. Not traditional marketers. Not people who need a strategy deck, three alignment meetings and a committee's approval to test an idea. We're looking for people who operate somewhere between a product scout, an entrepreneur and a relentlessly curious investigator. People who can spot an interesting problem in an obscure industry, connect a few seemingly unrelated dots, and turn that insight into something tangible. The kind of people who hear about a problem and immediately wonder why nobody has built a solution for it yet.
The objective isn't to generate noise around AI. It's to find problems worth solving and build a business around solving them.
You don't need to be a conventional marketer or an AI expert. We're looking for entrepreneurial thinkers and builders with strong commercial instincts, curiosity and a bias for action. People who take initiative, spot opportunities, experiment with ideas, take calculated risks and learn by doing rather than spending weeks discussing whether something is worth pursuing.
