Job summary

VINC in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a growth-focused leader who will own all paid growth efforts. You’ll manage the funnel, landing pages, lifecycle, and dashboards used by the founders, with no slow committees or sign-offs.

You’ll run twenty experiments monthly, with seventeen likely to fail, and you’ll spend real budget from week one. This onsite role requires hustle, exceptional execution, and a readiness to ship relentlessly.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing paid budgets and CAC.
• Experience shipping ads, landing pages, and emails.
• Comfort with AI tools for growth experiments.

We are a US VC backed company, we make films with AI. We intend to be the biggest media company in the world. That doesn't happen at 40 hours a week. We need someone cracked.

What this actually is-

• You own growth. All of it. Paid, the funnel, landing pages, lifecycle, the dashboard the founders stare at every morning.
• No committee. No sign-off chain. Nobody to blame.
• You'll run twenty experiments a month. Seventeen will fail. You won't cry about it.
• You'll spend real money in week one. If you need permission to spend it, this isn't the job.

The deal-

We work seven days a week. Not as a flex, that's just what it takes right now, and we'd rather say it in the posting than have you work it out in week two. Onsite job in Hyderabad.

So we take everything else off your plate:

• - Every meal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. You will not cook or think about food again.
• - Your Hinge subscription. You won't have time to date. The least we can do is make it efficient.
• - Your actual dates. First three a month, on us. Send the receipt, no questions.
• - Any hardware, any AI subscription, no approval. Ask for it on Monday, have it Monday.
• - Competitive salary on top of all of it.

You'll have no bills, no commute and no errands. One job, nothing else to think about.
