Job Description

Group Product Manager, Procurement

About Dentira

Dentira is one of the fastest-growing, profitable healthcare startups revolutionizing clinic operations across multiple countries. Our flagship product transformed dental procurement by introducing the world's first real-time price and product comparison engine for dental supplies in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Building on this success, our latest innovation, the Lab Platform, streamlines case creation and management by seamlessly connecting clinics, intraoral scanners, and dental labs. We’re also pioneering the use of advanced AI to tackle complex problems like automatic invoice reconciliation and procedure cost prediction — capabilities we’re extending across the healthcare verticals we serve. As we continue to expand, we are actively exploring adjacent verticals and new avenues for growth while strengthening our presence in existing ones. Our ambitious goal is to achieve over 10X growth within the next 3 years.

About The Role

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role you will shape the future of our flagship product in healthcare procurement and be responsible for driving marketplace growth, managing entire procure-to-pay lifecycle for our customers while improving user experience and engagement. As a Group Product Manager for our Procurement product, you will own the end-to-end experience for our clinics from procurement to invoicing. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product excellence and cross functional execution. You will own the decisions for major product investments, translating ambiguous problems into a structured product strategy and defensible roadmap. This is a player-coach role. You will manage a small team of PMs while also contributing in an individual capacity. You'll set multi-quarter strategy and defensible roadmaps, translate ambiguous business problems into clear execution plans, and represent your charter in executive and cross-functional forums — while staying close enough to the details to make good calls on trade-offs, experiments, and edge cases. This role suits a senior product leader with the vision to shape long-term direction, the judgment to operate in complex cross-functional environments, and the experience to lead a team of PMs.

You’ll partner closely with

Design, Engineering, Sales, Strategy, and Account Management across Dentira's geographies. Your work will be informed by rich customer insights, feedback, experimentation and a strong understanding of marketplaces. You’ll combine product intuition with analytical rigor to build a healthcare procurement platform that delivers value to business while creating a delightful experience for our customers. This is a high visibility, high impact role. If you are a curious, high ownership product leader who is energized by challenge and motivated by real-world impact—this is where you’ll grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Vision: Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a multi-product charter. Develop, articulate and execute a bold and visionary product strategy and roadmap, identifying near and long term initiatives that unlock Dentira’s next wave of growth globally.
  • Execution Rigor: Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap for the core procure to pay platform for Dentira. Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent us from delivering on operational, product, and program objectives.
  • Organizational Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, technical excellence, and rapid experimental iteration.
  • Be customer obsessed: Be the voice of the customer - bring data, customer research, and experiment results into every major product decision.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ advanced analytical rigor to decode user behavior, mitigate friction points, and lead rapid experimentation to optimize our funnel. Set clear qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for your charter and measure obsessively.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Engineering, Design and Business stakeholders to deliver products that deliver strong business impact. Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the design and integration of AI and agentic capabilities into the product surface.
  • Impact orientation: Translate fuzzy user pain into lovable, metric-moving features. Define clear goals and KPIs for your product area. Drive measurement discipline to build hypothesis and measure impact rigorously for your products.
  • Leadership buy-in: Represent your roadmap, decisions, and results in executive reviews and cross-functional forums.
Required
  • Product Leadership: 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a documented history of shipping scaled B2B, B2B2C, or marketplace products.
  • Customer Obsession: A track record of distilling user insights into elegant, frictionless, and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Analytical Fluency: Expert-level ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable product narratives and strategic direction.
  • People Management: 2-3 years experience in managing and developing senior PM talent and leading through influence in a matrixed global organization.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and the use of levers to balance supply-side and demand-side health.
  • Execution Rigor: High ownership, strong bias for action, and comfort operating at both strategic and granular levels in the same week.
  • Strategic Disambiguation: The ability to translate broad executive concepts into structured, executable roadmaps that align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Elite written & verbal communication.
  • High EQ: and a track record of building trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic background.
Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare: dental, or supply-chain/procurement marketplace or regulated industries.
  • Experience working across global: distributed teams in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and India.
  • Deep understanding: of marketplace dynamics, pricing, or incentive systems.
  • Experience designing: or shipping AI and agentic features in enterprise grade products.
  • Track record: of shipping successful software products with a significant impact on the user experience and business. 0-1 experience is a plus.
  • Experience influencing: senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated long-term thinking: around strategic and business-focused goals.
  • Mission alignment
