Job summary

ZS India is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS platform delivery across multi‑pod, multi‑region environments. You’ll drive roadmap execution, sprint planning, release management, and cross‑team dependencies with a client‑first approach.

Ideal candidates will have 12–15+ years in product management, fluency in English, and hands‑on experience with AI/LLM‑powered products. Travel to client sites is required, and a hybrid working model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
• 12–15+ years of product management/delivery experience, including demonstrated experience managing other product managers or product owners
• Strong track record of driving SaaS/platform roadmap execution end‑to‑end — sprint planning, release management, cross‑team dependency resolution
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and associated tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated‑industry domain exposure preferred, but strong delivery discipline in any enterprise SaaS context will be considered
• Comfort managing ambiguity and shifting priorities across multiple concurrent delivery streams
• Demonstrated ability to operate as the execution counterpart to strategy leadership based in a different region/time zone, with strong async and cross‑time‑zone communication habits
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills — able to synthesize input across stakeholders, write a one‑line description, a one‑pager, and present a concept live with a clear narrative
• Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM‑powered products, including agentic workflows, prompt and tool orchestration, evaluation and monitoring, and safety guardrails
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Drive SaaS/platform roadmap execution end‑to‑end, including sprint planning, release management, and cross‑team dependency resolution.
• Coordinate multiple delivery streams across regions and pods with strong async communication.
• Serve as execution counterpart to strategy leadership in different time zones, aligning on priorities and delivery.
• Synthesize stakeholder input into concise one‑line descriptions, one‑pagers, and live concept presentations.
