What You’ll Do

• Developing and implementing and building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Instill best practices for software development, ensure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Writing application backend codes using Python, SQL, NoSQL.
• Troubleshooting backend application codes.
• Developing and implementing back-end architecture.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

What You’ll Bring

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from a top university.
• 6-10 years’ overall experience.
• Experience in building and leading a strong engineering team.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or similar asynchronous frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).
• Proven experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience in integrating AI models into backend services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with database technology such as SQL and NoSQL databases (optional).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in frontend technologies like React.js, Vue.js, Angular.
• Fluency in English.
