Job summary

WNS Holdings in Pune is seeking a senior leader to head a team delivering Employee Benefits operations. You will ensure quality, productivity, and SLA adherence while guiding processes and driving engagement.

The role requires expertise across Group Life Insurance, LTD, STD, and other benefit products, along with strong stakeholder management. You will coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in a demanding BPO environment. Night shifts and WFO are mandatory.
