Job summary

Training and multi-skilling of associates are part of development plans. Candidate should have B.E Mechanical (or DME/DEE) with 4+ years in sub-assembly or related processes, and strong analytical, communication, leadership, and computer skills to contribute to

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets.
• Implement TPS as per schedule/timeline.
• Conduct time & motion studies for process improvements.
• Ensure daily production plan vs actual and TPS implementation as planned.
• Apply PDCA, Kaizen and 5-S as targets.
• Maintain & service production equipment as scheduled.

• 2) Ensure TPS Implementation as per the plan
• 3) To ensurePDCA,Kaizen & 5-S as per target.
• 4) Ensure allthe Production Related Equipment are maintained & serviced as per schedule
• 5) Driving the suggestionscheme on the shop floor and implement the same
• 6) SPM & Automatition fixture programme setting & its in under control with Lock & Key
