Job summary

Welmade Locking Systems Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks a CAPEX Project Lead to develop and execute annual CAPEX plans aligned with manufacturing objectives. You will prepare budgets, ROI analyses, and lead end-to-end capital projects across planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.

The role requires BE in Mechanical/Production or equivalent, 6–8 years capex execution experience, and at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in Capex project execution.
• At least 3 years leading cross-functional project teams.
• Electrical, Pneumatics & Hydraulic knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Own Vehicle must.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual CAPEX plans aligned with business objectives.
• Making detailed Capex proposals vs. existing manufacturing processes for various operations.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality CFT and SPM suppliers.
• Framework & Systems building.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and ROI analyses.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely capitalization of completed assets.
• Prepare monthly CAPEX MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for automation, energy savings, and productivity improvements.
• Lead end-to-end capital projects, including planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
