Buro Happold Limited in Gurugram invites applications for a Group Coordinator & Administrative Assistant. You will provide executive and administrative support to leadership and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and maintaining reports, presentations, and document repositories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years relevant administrative experience.
• Experience in administration and facilities management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and stakeholder support.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and maintain reports, presentations, and business records.
• Maintain contract trackers, SharePoint (Magellan) sites, organizational charts, and document repositories.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, CPO discussions, cross-functional activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage professional memberships, licensing records, reimbursement processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver and collect project documents at client offices as required, using personal two wheeler for commuting.
• Support office administration tasks, including record keeping, formatting documents, and assisting leaders with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requirements.

Your next role

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree/Graduation is mandatory.
• Prior experience in administration and facilities management is essential.
• Experience as a Group Coordinator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Candidates with experience working in engineering consulting firms will have an added advantage.
