Job summary

Buro Happold in Mumbai is seeking a BD Coordinator to join our growing India team. You will lead bid coordination, draft proposals, and manage documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate with technical teams and designers, maintain CRM records, and continuously improve bid content. A strong writing background and experience in architecture/engineering/construction are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bid coordination experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to coordinate the bid process with multiple parties.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systems.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred).
• APMP membership or certification (desirable).
• Demonstrated commitment to quality bid documentation.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, issuing and coordinating responses to RFP from start to finish.
• Creating high quality client proposals including bid submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires, presentations, capability documents and approved list applications.
• Editing / re-writing boilerplate text bespoke to client requirements.
• Coordinating document design and layout for tender submissions and other documentation in collaboration with technical teams and graphic designers.
• Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management.
• Coordinating the standard information reference library, ensuring it is continually updated with current information.

Your next role

Your Skills And Experience

• Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred)
• APMP membership or certification (desirable)
• Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement and innovation within Corporate Guideline Standards to develop quality bid documentation for Clients;
