Job Title: Green Energy Projects Manager

Required Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical , Electronics Engineering)

Required Experience:

Diploma: 9.9 - 17 Years

B.Tech: 3 – 7 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end execution of solar projects from tenders to commissioning.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and financial analysis.
• Supervise & manage site activities, Safety checks & compliance, Project activity reporting
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, grid connection requirements, and safety standards.
• Review layouts, electrical designs, and Energy Scheduling / Open access approvals + grid connectivity (11kV/66kV/132kV).
• Engage with regulators, utilities, and internal utility teams.
• Expertise in solar utility scale projects, transmission and distribution at EHV and MV level.
• Proficiency in design and simulation tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, Zira).
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of SHO-SHO KE-TAN-BI and PO-KE-TE-NA-HA-SI concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• IS Standards related to Electrical systems, Open access Regulations & Procedures

Must Have:
