Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, artistic vision, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs that align with organizational goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in North 24 Parganas. The Graphics Designer will create visual concepts and designs for school communication materials, including brochures, posters, social media content, newsletters, advertisement material and event collateral. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to maintain consistent branding and visual identity across digital and print platforms. Daily tasks include developing layouts, refining typography, designing and creating social media posts and graphic elements, and preparing files for production or online publication. The Graphics Designer will also support special projects, such as campaigns for admissions, events, and student activities, while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for readability, hierarchy, and aesthetic detail.
• Should possess creative, indigenous design skills with strong visual taste.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, PageMaker or equivalent).
• Video Editing experience with Adobe Premier, CapCut or similar software
• Designing Experience with Canva will be an added advantage
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work in educational, corporate, or similar environments.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and openness to feedback.
• Develop and design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas into projects.

Mandatory Qualifications
