Job summary

You will develop prompts and workflows, manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders on briefs and timelines, review AI outputs for quality, and maintain organized asset libraries and documentation for reuse across teams.

We are looking for a Graphic and Video AI Designer to create visual and video content using modern AI-assisted design and generation tools. This is an internal position based in Bangalore, India, and is open to one candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic designs, illustrations, and visual assets using AI-assisted tools alongside traditional design techniques.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content, including editing, motion graphics, and AI-generated video elements.
• Develop and refine prompts, workflows, and pipelines for image and video generation to achieve consistent brand and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content requirements, timelines, and creative briefs.
• Review and retouch AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, visual quality, and suitability for intended use.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, and documentation for reuse across teams.
• Stay current with emerging AI design and video tools and recommend improvements to creative processes.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools and prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, layout, and motion design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and a portfolio demonstrating graphic and video work.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools or motion capture workflows.

Experience

3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, or creative content development, including exposure to AI-assisted creative tools.
