We are looking for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can work across both graphic design and video content, with a strong interest in AI-powered creative tools.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both graphic designing and video editing — from creating static creatives and campaign assets to editing short-form videos, reels, ads, and motion graphics.

You are someone who demonstrates strong practical use of AI tools for image generation, video creation, editing, and creative ideation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, social media creatives, advertisements, banners, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, advertisements, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and other visual elements where required.
• Develop creative variations based on campaign requirements and marketing objectives.
• Work on video resizing and adaptation for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, colors, and overall visual identity.
• Participate in creative brainstorming, concept development, scripting, and visual ideation.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to generate ideas, visuals, videos, variations, and improve creative workflows.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, performance marketing, and creative teams.
• Organize and maintain creative assets, source files, and project files.
• Take feedback positively and make revisions within timelines.
• Stay updated with current design, video, social media, and AI creative trends.
• Ensure all creative deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Illustrator
• DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
• Good understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of motion graphics and basic animation.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools for image/video generation and editing.
• Strong attention to detail and visual sense.
• Ability to understand a creative brief and convert it into engaging visual content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• 1-2 Years of experience working in a marketing agency, advertising agency, or digital marketing environment.
• Experience with AI video/image generation tools.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad formats.
• UI/UX design knowledge.
• Basic understanding of color grading and sound editing.
• Experience creating UGC-style ads, performance creatives, reels, or short-form content.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, hands-on, and willing to experiment. You should be comfortable switching between designing a static creative, editing a video, creating motion graphics, and exploring AI tools to find better ways of producing content.

A strong portfolio is required.

Candidates who can demonstrate both graphic design + video editing through their portfolio will be preferred.
