Role Summary

Lead the creative vision and manage a design team to deliver high-quality branding, packaging, Amazon/eCommerce visuals, and marketing assets, supported by advanced AI-driven design workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Creative Direction
  • Lead brand, packaging, and digital design across all platforms.
  • Maintain visual consistency and ensure premium brand identity.
  • Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept to final execution.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow
  • Integrate AI tools such as MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Runway, and ChatGPT.
  • Implement automation frameworks to scale creative production.
  • Train and upskill the design team on AI-driven design methodologies.
• Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team.
  • Assign tasks, review output, and monitor project timelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback and cultivate a high-performance creative culture.
