Job summary

Ozone Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced packaging designer to join our team in India. You will handle packaging design and video editing, ensuring brand alignment and print-readiness across multiple formats.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pre-press packaging, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and meticulous attention to colour, bleed, and die-lines. Collaboration with global teams and timely delivery are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Packaging Design and Video Editing : Create innovative, production-ready packaging designs that meet brand guidelines and market requirements.
• Printing Knowledge: Apply advanced understanding of printing techniques (offset, digital, flexographic, etc.), ensuring high-quality output across diverse materials.
• Material Adaptation: Customize designs for various packaging types (boxes, pouches, labels, etc.), considering material constraints and specifications.
• Content Consistency: Utilize style guides and templates to deliver cohesive designs across multiple formats.
• Customer Collaboration: Understanding customer briefing and Incorporating customer feedback efficiently, ensuring revisions are executed promptly for on-time delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Verify designs for accuracy, ensuring proper resolution, colour consistency, and print-readiness.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements in packaging and print design workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in pre-press packaging
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of prepress and print production requirements, including colour management, bleed, and die-line preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and file-sharing platforms for documentation and collaboration.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to resolve design challenges while adhering to client specifications and technical constraints.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring error-free print and packaging deliverables.
• Efficient time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for working with global teams and clients.
